Our journey started with our son Taarush whose admission to Stanford was the result of starting early, identifying his unique talents and building a strong, cohesive profile over time. We learned how aligning activities, academic choices and skill development with a clear long term vision can be powerful.
This experience led us to want to help other families feel confident and clear about the complex college admissions process. EarlyIvy is about finding strengths early, tailoring strategies, and building profiles that shine. We have a proven approach to make sure students are not only well prepared but also thrive in their journey to getting into the dream college they want to attend.

Founder & Lead Consultant
Sonal Grover is a UCLA certified Higher Education Consultant with experience in college admissions and academic planning. She has two years of experience in consulting and guiding young minds. Before that she has worked at Edbrand Consulting. Has taught as a Special Educator at The Shri Ram School, Aravali, where she has proven track record of guiding students to success for over three years. Sonal is a practicing designer who brings creativity with strategy. Her work also includes helping her son, Taarush Grover, get into Stanford University.

Taarush Grover, a Stanford undergraduate, leverages his experience of gaining admission into one of the world’s most competitive universities and founding Volanity, a platform that connected 270 volunteers with 4,500+ underserved students across India. With a keen understanding of crafting compelling applications, Taarush specializes in helping students showcase their unique narratives, build standout portfolios, and strategically position themselves for success. His proven track record and personalized guidance make him a trusted college consultant and advisor.
